Mariana Saldaña President-Broker
	Mariana Saldaña possess one of the best profiles as a real estate professional. She was born in Monterrey, Mexico and arrived to Houston during her childhood. She is perfectly bilingual, and bicultural (English-Spanish.) Mariana has vast experience in several fields of the service industry. In 1984 she established her own real estate agency. She is also licensed in Mexico through Ampi Monterrey Group, and a member of the Worldwide FIABCI Organization. Mariana is a licensed Realtor® in the state of Texas and is a Certified International Property Specialist. Azenett Saldaña
	Azenett Saldaña is a dynamic, and extremely talented young entrepreneur, driven by her vision to expand the foundation created by her mother, Mariana Saldaña, She possess a Bachelor's Degree in fine arts from the University of Houston, her passion for sculptural art and charming personality had led her to perform the roll of president of the sculpture department for the entire University during 2002-2003. Her mother's background in quality service, and astute business sense had guided her to execute the position of Marketing Director for the Uptown Group. Her clear understanding of a bicultural (English-Spanish) business enterprise, as well as her disciplined skills, will contribute to implement the strategies needed seeking both the local and international expansion of the Group.
Elizabeth Fernandez
	Elizabeth Fernandez was born in Mexico City and has lived in the city of Houston since 1991. Elizabeth attended Texas State College and holds a Business Management Degree. He thorough understanding of the real estate industry has led her to develop a strong background in the area of mortgage loans. As a member of Uptown Real Estate Group, Inc., Elizabeth's mission is to provide her Mexican clientele with an optimum service in all aspects related to acquiring a property in the city of Houston. "I decided to live in Houston because it is a prosperous city which gives me the opportunity to exercise my profession."
Javier Fernandez
	A native of Mexico, Javier has been living and selling real estate in the city of Houston for the past 18 years. He holds an MBA, BBA and is a Texas licenses real estate agent and Loan Officer. His bilingual and bicultural (Spanish/English) education background and experience in the real estate industry, has allowed him to successfully assist the Hispanic community of Houston, as well as Latin-American foreigners buying properties in the city of Houston. His broad knowledge in real estate and clear understanding of the word "Service" makes Javier an excellent representative of Uptown Real Estate Group, Inc. Julieta Gutierrez
	Julieta Gonzalez is a self-motivated young and eager real estate agent who enjoys serving her community with their real estate needs. Julieta was born in Monterrey Mexico and has been living in Houston since her early childhood. She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the University of Houston - Downtown Campus. Her bilingual and bicultural skills (English-Spanish) grant her an advantage in dealing with Houston's existing multicultural ethnicity. Mario Hernandez
	Mario Hernandez was born in Villa Union, Coahuila Mexico and has lived most of his life in Texas. Mario attended Wharton County Junior College where he graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Administration, and subsequently transferred to the University of Houston from where he acquired a Bachelor's of Business Administration with a major in accounting in 1991. Mario has operated his own business since 1994, and serves the Hispanic community. Mario is bilingual in both English and Spanish; his skills and devotion are dedicated in servicing his clients and all their real estate transactions.
Diana Miranda-Bennett
	Bilingual and native of Puerto Rico, Diana graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Marketing Degree from Sacred Heart University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Prior to her Real Estate experience, she was the Operating Manager of Miranda Travel & Tours, Inc, a well established & successful travel agency in San Juan. This experience provided her with the personal & organizational skills to succeed in a dynamic industry. Diana has travelled extensively throughout the world, and is ready to apply her international expertise in local Real Estate transactions. Member of HAR, TAR & NAR; her dedication, professionalism, and her attention to details are the keys to her client satisfaction, making her an invaluable asset to Uptown Real Estate Group, Inc.
Richard & Doris Miranda
	Richard is a native of San Juan Puerto Rico and a 30-year resident of Houston Texas. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he served as Latin America Business Development Manager for nine years for high technology companies, the last being Intel. A Realtor since 2002, Richard earned his CIPS and TRC designations, and is actively pursuing his CCIM designation. Currently Richard holds a Broker license and is an active member of the HAR/TAR International Task Forces, FIABCI, AMPI, the National Association of Hispanic MBA's, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Commercial Real Estate Network. He holds an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, has received numerous awards for being a consistent and recognized Top Producer, and is, in addition, a Texas MCE Certified Instructor. Doris is a native of Ponce Puerto Rico. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she spent most of her professional career with Pan American World Airways and later retiring from British Airways. Doris holds a B.A. in English from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico, has been an active Realtor since 2002 and earned her TRC and SRES designations. She is an active member of the WomenÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Council of Realtors and NAHREP, and in her Real Estate career as a Team Member with her husband Richard, has earned several awards for consistently being a top producer.
Maria Elena Rosquete
	A native to Venezuela, Maria Elena has lived in Houston most of her adult life. She holds a Master degree from Cambridge College in Boston, and a Bachelor's of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. Her professional background includes extensive experience in the education, and hospitality industries; this experience has led her to real estate, where she enjoys helping people buy or sell their properties for over 15 years. Her bilingual skills (English/Spanish), combined with her knowledge of the demographic composition of the city of Houston, as well as the value of properties throughout the city, makes Maria Elena an asset for Uptown Real Estate Group, Inc. Mariana Urdaibay
	Mariana was born in Mexico City and has been living in the United States for several years. Mari graduated from the Instituto Teconolgico de Monterrey in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. She has developed a professional carrier in different industries maintaining primary focus working with clients where has has had great success thanks to her professional and customer service skills. Mari's bilingual background along with the fact that has has lived in Mexico for several years, allows her to better understand the multicultural needs of a metropolitan city like Houston. "Offering solutions to each clients' needs requires keeping yourself updated in a fluctuating industry."
Nancy Arreguin
	Nancy has lived in the Houston area for 25 years and has an extensive understanding of Houston’s Real Estate market. Being a realtor is not a job but rather a passion to achieve the ultimate in client satisfaction. She sets goals and will not stop until all the client’s needs are met. Determination, excellent work ethics, and a tireless pursuit to find your perfect home are what set her apart from the rest. She pays strict attention to every element of the negotiation procedure and takes pleasure in making sure her client is fully content. Prior to becoming part of the UPTOWN Real Estate elite group she graduated from Katy High School and University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Nancy then worked as a marketing coordinator at Integrity Interior and Exterior, Inc. There she developed a niche for property hunting and acquired a taste for identifying residential income opportunities for real estate investments in today’s market.
